The brief

Strava is bloated. WhatsApp is chaos.

A Cairo running collective I run with needed a single place to coordinate weekly routes, share post-run cards, and keep the leaderboard honest. The bar: feel premium on a phone in 6 AM Maadi sun, offline-tolerant, and zero app-store friction. Built as an installable PWA with Strava OAuth, live route mapping, and one-tap session check-ins.
